WHAT ARE THEY?
Chillcoat Foods Crispy Potato Slices are perfectly cut rounds of 100% British potatoes that cook into a golden, crunchy bite. They are a cross between a chip and a crisp - thicker than a crisp for proper bite but thinner than a chip for fast, even cooking. Each slice turns perfectly crisp on the outside while staying fluffy inside, making them an easy side, snack or topping for your favourite meals.

Suitable for vegetarians and we also make a gluten free crispy slice too.​

WHY THEY'RE SO CRISPY
Our potato slices are cut to the perfect thickness so they crisp evenly without drying out. Each slice is lightly coated in our carefully curated batter then pre-cooked for consistent crunch, then frozen to lock in texture. When they hit the oven or air fryer, the edges go golden and crisp while the centre stays soft and fluffy.
That balance is what gives them their signature crunch every time.​

HOW TO COOK THEM
Crispy potato slices cook quickly and evenly.

Oven cook - From Chilled:
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. Place contents on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time. Ensure food is piping hot throughout.

Air fry - From Chilled:
Place contents spread on the air fryer rack at the bottom and put in a thin layer of slices for 12 mins at 180°C, turning half way through the cooking time. Ensure food is piping hot throughout.
